What is Consumer Law?

The law system aiming to protect, especially the economic interests, health, safety and damages of consumers in line with legal frameworks is called Consumer Law.

Lawsuit process in Consumer Conflicts

Consumer Courts or Consumer Arbitration Committee must be applied to in case of conflicts to arise within the scope of the Consumer Law. Arbitration Committee may assign an expert depending on the conflict by making an inspection on the files after the application and responses to the conflict are provided. The party who does not agree with the decision of the Consumer Arbitration Committee may object to the Consumer Court within 15 days as from the communication of the decision. Decisions of the Consumer Court is final and parties may not object thereto.
