The Supreme Court (AYM) rules on the cancellation of the provision that the simple trial procedure may not be applied to the files resolved as from 1/1/2020.
The simple trial procedure will be applied except for the files finalized as of 1/1/2020 after the decision of the Supreme Court that gathered upon the objection application of the Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit and 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance of Trabzon.
